After previously seeing various Neurologysts, this was my first appointment with Ms Hart. She had clearly done her homework and summed up my situation precisely. She explained in great detail the proposals for my treatment if and when necessary. Her manner is reassuring and I left feeling uplifted. I hope to see Ms Hart at my next appointment

I found Ms Hart an excellent specialist. She had plenty of time to listen to my symptoms & explained everything about my condition & all the tests & options open to me. I would go so far as to say she is the best specialist I have seen in my life. I was concerned when I attended my appointment, but I left feeling re-assured about my prostate. I am going to change my drinking habits, which she suggested to help with my condition.

I was dreading this appointment as I thought I was seeing the locum consultant I had seen previously- he stared at the computer screen the entire time I was in the consulting room and did not seem at all interested- so it was a very pleasant surprise to be greeted by Ms Hart. I could go on for a long time about how good she is but the bottom line is she cares and is brilliant at her job.

I have now had the good fortune to meet with Sarah Hart on 2 occasions. She is an asset to the NHS. Straightforward, plain speaking, clear and concise in her delivery and able to instil confidence in the patient whilst being absolutely clear around the ongoing care plan. Our most recent meeting in July was both helpful and constructive. She is a pleasure to deal with in what are generally sensitive matters. There is no sense of being rushed or just a 'number' which is very reassuring. In addition, having previously had surgery by a colleague of hers, it is helpful to have the continuity in follow up. A letter to my GP was copied to me within 5 working days of our most recent consultation confirming all that was said. In summary, I am very pleased to be her patient. Thank you.
